Ikechukwu Onyia,A 48-year-old taxi driver,has been charged to the Enugu South Magistrates’ Court for alledgely raping a woman(another man’s wife). He was subsequently granted bail and had earlier been docked before an Enugu South Magistrates’ Court for the rape which caused him to be transfered to the higher court for trial,daily post reports.
