On Friday, Leonard Ekeh, a 48-year-old man was charged to Surulere Chief Magistrates’ Court in Lagos, for a n offences of defiled an 8-year-old girl in his house. The court charged the suspect a case of defilement and indecent treatment of a child but Ekeh told the court, he was not guilty of the charge. The suspect committed the crime at about 1.00pm on September 20/21, 2016 in his resident at 20, Adeleye St.Itire,Surulere in Lagos.
